SC Orders Stay on Disbursement of Compensation in Enrica Lexie Case - (27 Aug 2021)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has ordered a stay on the disbursement of the compensation of 2 crores to the owner of the boat named "St Antony" which was attacked by the Italian Marines in the 2012 sea-firing incident.
