Tripura HC Discharges Machinery Due to Expiry of E-Way Bill on Undertaking - (27 Aug 2021)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Tripura High Court has released the Machinery detained due to the expiry of the E-Way bill on an undertaking stating that if any tax or Penalty is crystallized the same would be discharged.
