SC Sets Aside Judgment Directing Delhi Police to Consider Candidates Despite Criminal Cases - (26 Aug 2021)

Supreme Court has set aside a Delhi High Court judgment which had directed the Delhi Police to consider certain candidates for police constable selection despite their criminal cases.
