SC Issues Notice in Manipur MLAs' Pleas Challenging Speaker's Decision to Disqualify Them - (26 Aug 2021)

Supreme Court has issued notice in pleas filed by Keshtrimayum Biren Singh, Yengkhom Surchandra Singh and Sanasam Biren Singh assailing Manipur High Court's order of upholding the speaker's decision of disqualifying them from the term of the 11th Legislative Assembly of Manipur.
