Calcutta HC Disposes of Plea Alleging Police Inaction in Complaint Registered By Same-Sex Couple - (25 Aug 2021)

Calcutta High Court has disposed of a plea moved by a same sex couple alleging police inaction after noting that the concerned police authorities had conducted satisfactory investigation into the matter.
