Telangana HC Quashes and Set Aside Order Awarding Imprisonment of 6 Months to Top Officials - (24 Aug 2021)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Telangana High Court has quashed and set aside a single judge order awarding six-month simple imprisonment to six top officials and imposing Rs. 2,000 fine on each of them in a contempt of court petition.
