Allahabad High Court: Non-Cutting of Beard by Police Official is Misdemeanour - (23 Aug 2021)

Allahabad High Court has observed that non-cutting the beard by a police official despite there being a direction/circular issued by Higher Officials that police personnel should not have a beard, is not only a wrong behaviour but the same is misdemeanour, misdeed, and delinquency of such official.
