Delhi HC Reduces Visitation Time Granted to Mother with Respect to Her Son - (23 Aug 2021)

Delhi High Court has reduced, with consent of the parties, the visitation time granted to a mother with respect to her son residing with her estranged husband, on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. The child's sister lives with the mother.
