Bombay HC: No Interference with Unconditional Bank Guarantee Except When Fraud Established - (20 Aug 2021)

Bombay High Court has observed that there can be no interference with an unconditional bank guarantee except when fraud is established or apprehension of irretrievable injustice is demonstrated.
