Supreme Court Refuses to Stay CAT Contempt Order Against Advocate Mehmood Pracha - (20 Aug 2021)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Supreme Court has asked Advocate Mehmood Pracha to consider filing an unconditional apology in a plea challenging Central Administrative Tribunal's ("CAT") order which had held him guilty of contempt.
