Tripura HC Issues Notice Seeking Quashing of FIR Against Suo-Moto Complaint - (19 Aug 2021)

Tripura High Court has issued notice to the State Government on a plea filed by Trinamool Congress General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee, MP Dola Sen, West Bengal Minister Bratya Basu, and 3 others seeking quashing of FIR registered against them on a suo-moto complaint Khowai Police Station Incident.
