Delhi HC Denies Bail to Nepali Citizen Accused of Dealing Narcotic Substances - (18 Aug 2021)

Delhi High Court has denied bail to a Nepal citizen accused of dealing in narcotics substances, observing that consequences of drug abuse menace can be experienced across the board from causing economic issues to social disintegration.
