CESTAT, Delhi: No Service Tax Applicable on Transporter of Firewood - (18 Aug 2021)

SALES TAX/VAT

Customs, Excise, and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Delhi has ruled that no Service Tax is applicable on transporter of firewood as carting challan is not a consignment note.
