Supreme Court Asks Solicitor General on Tribunal Reforms Bill 2021 Passed by Parliament - (16 Aug 2021)

Supreme Court has asked the Solicitor General of India Tushar Mehta on the Tribunals Reforms Bill 2021 passed by the Parliament re-enacting the very same provisions struck down by the Court in Madras Bar Association case.
