Gujarat HC Directs IAF to Consider on Case of Officer Refusing Vaccination - (12 Aug 2021)

Gujarat High Court has directed Indian Air Force to consider the case of an IAF officer who refused to take the COVID vaccine afresh and to examine all the relevant materials placed on record.
