SC: Right to Shelter Does Not Mean Right to Government Accommodation - (12 Aug 2021)

Supreme Court has observed while setting aside a Punjab and Haryana High Court order allowing a retired Intelligence Bureau Officer to retain Government accommodation that the right to shelter does not mean right to government accommodation.
