Karnataka HC: Commissioner of BBMP Empowered to Adjudicate Upon Rights of Parties - (10 Aug 2021)

Karnataka High Court has held that Commissioner of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) who also holds quasi-judicial powers and is empowered to adjudicate upon the rights of the parties, can only exercise those powers himself and cannot delegate it to any other authority.
