SC: Res Judicata is Not a Ground to Reject a Plaint Under Order VII Rule 11(d) CPC - (10 Aug 2021)

Supreme Court has observed that the Res Judicata cannot be a ground for rejection of the plaint under Order VII Rule 11(d) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
