Karnataka HC: Right to Appeal Extends to Persons Other Than Senior Citizens - (10 Aug 2021)

Karnataka High Court has declared that the right to appeal against an order passed by the Assistant Commissioner under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2002, is not confined only to parents or senior citizens but even to their opposite parties.
