Supreme Court Refuses to Stop CCI Probe Against Amazon & Flipkart Under Competition Act - (09 Aug 2021)

Supreme Court has refused to halt the preliminary enquiry ordered by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) into the alleged anti-competitive practices of Amazon and Flipkart under Competition Act, 2002.
