J&K HC Stays Interim Order Staying Appointment of Law Officers - (06 Aug 2021)

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has stayed the interim order passed by a single-judge, staying fresh appointment of Law Officers (other than the Advocate General) in the Union Territory.
