Parliament Passes Bill to Amend Act Regulating Major Airports in India - (05 Aug 2021)

Parliament has passed the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India (Amendment) Bill, 2021. The Bill proposes to amend Section 2(i) of the Airports Economic Regulatory Authority of India Act, 2008 so as extend its scope to determine the tariff for a group of airports also.
