Gujarat HC Grants Bail to Pathalgadi Movement Leader Over Alleged Involvement in Campaign - (04 Aug 2021)

Gujarat High Court has granted bail to Pathalgadi Movement leader Babita Kachhap (Kashyap) who was arrested by the Gujarat Anti Terrorist Squad (ATS) in July, 2020 over her involvement in an alleged campaign to support the "Pathalgadi movement".
