Allahabad HC: Necessary for Legislature to Provide for Cases of False Promise of Marriage - (04 Aug 2021)

Allahabad High Court has observed that it is necessary for the legislature to provide a clear and specific legal framework to deal with the cases where the accused obtains consent for sexual intercourse on the false promise of marriage.
