Delhi HC: Wife’s Letter Talking of Divorce, Remarriage Constitutes An Act of Cruelty - (22 Feb 2016)

Delhi HC, while granting divorce to a man living separately from his estranged wife for the past 28 years, has said that a single letter, talking of divorce, remarriage, can constitute an act of cruelty.
