Karnataka HC Summons Health Commissioner Over Non-Implementation of SUCHI Scheme - (30 Jul 2021)

CIVIL

Karnataka High Court has directed the Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare services to personally remain present before the Court on 5th August, 2021 and place on record the progress that has been made in the implementation of SUCHI scheme.
