Karnataka HC Seeks Government’s Response on PIL Seeking Measures to Protect Medical Practitioners - (30 Jul 2021)

Karnataka High Court has sought the State government’s response on a Public Interest Litigation petition seeking measures to protect medical practitioners from attacks from the relatives of patients and to appoint a joint expert committee to address the grievances of doctors.
