Calcutta HC Refuses to Interfere in Ongoing Investigation in Cattle and Coal Smuggling Case - (29 Jul 2021)

Calcutta High Court has refused to interfere in the ongoing investigation being conducted by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the cattle and coal smuggling cases against former TMC leader Vinay Mishra.
