Bombay HC: Directors Above 70 Yrs of Age Need SR and 3/4th Shareholders' Nod to Stay - (19 Feb 2016)

Bombay HC has ruled that incumbent directors who are 70 years old and above will face automatic disqualification if they are not elected by a Special Resolution (SR) and supported by three-fourths of the shareholders.
