Delhi HC Directs RBI to Clear Stand for Regulation of Online Lending Platforms - (27 Jul 2021)

Delhi High Court has directed the Reserve Bank of India to come out with a clear stand for regulation of online lending platforms that are allegedly charging exorbitant interest rates from borrowers.
