Delhi HC Seeks Response on Plea for Building Separate Public Toilet Facilities for Transgender - (27 Jul 2021)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has sought the response of Centre and Delhi Government on a plea seeking directions for building separate public toilet facilities for Transgender and third gender. The Court has issued notice to Union of India through Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Delhi Government and Delhi Municipal Corporations.
