Finance Minister Introduces Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 2021 - (27 Jul 2021)

INSOLVENCY

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has introduced the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 2021, which amends the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
