Delhi HC: Presence of Estranged Husband Not Required to Process OCI Card Application - (26 Jul 2021)

Delhi High Court has held that imposition of the condition mandating the presence of both spouses for the purpose of processing an OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card application in the absence of any statutory rule or guideline to this effect is untenable.
