SC: High Courts Can Pass Interim Orders in Section 482 CrPC in Exceptional Cases - (21 Jul 2021)

Supreme Court has observed that the High Courts can pass interim protection order in Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 petitions in exceptional cases by giving brief reasons.
