SC Quashes Criminal Proceedings Against DMK Rajya Sabha Member, R.S. Bharathi - (21 Jul 2021)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has quashed the criminal proceedings against DMK Rajya Sabha member R.S. Bharathi under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 for a speech he made in 2020.
