SC: Courts Cannot Modify Award Passed Under Section 34 of Arbitration Act - (21 Jul 2021)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court has held that Courts cannot modify an award passed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in Project Director, NHAI v. M Hakeem case, while dismissing all appeals pertaining to the case.
