HP HC Denies Bail to Woman for Allegedly Indulging Minor Girl in Flesh Trade - (19 Jul 2021)

CRIMINAL

Himachal Pradesh High Court has denied bail to a 32 year old woman for allegedly indulging a minor girl into flesh trade with strangers. The Court has observed that both the society and the State have failed to take responsibility in such cases.
