Delhi HC Irks over Centre and Police on the Issue of Safety - (18 Feb 2016)

Delhi HC, while expressing disappointment on Centre and Police for not taking adequate steps for safety of citizens, has irked and sarcastically said that "everybody is secure" in India and Delhi and "citizens are to be blamed for the crime".
