Delhi HC Directs Centre to Immediately Notify Crowd Funding Platform for Treatment of Rare Diseases - (15 Jul 2021)

Delhi High Court has directed the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to immediately launch a dedicated online crowdfunding platform for collecting funds for treatment of children suffering from rare diseases.
