Karnataka HC: Children from Void/Voidable Marriages Eligible for Compassionate Appointments - (15 Jul 2021)

Karnataka High Court has said that Children born from all void or voidable marriages, irrespective of the personal laws applicable to their parents, are eligible for compassionate appointments in government service.
