Madras HC Dismisses Petition Challenging Decision to Set Up Committee for NEET Based Admission - (14 Jul 2021)

Madras High Court has dismissed the petition challenging Tamil Nadu State Government's decision to set up a committee for the purpose of ascertaining whether the NEET based admission process has prejudicially affected socially backward students.
