Bombay HC Dismisses Sanatan Sanstha's Petition Against Facebook for Blocking Their Page - (14 Jul 2021)

Bombay High Court has dismissed Sanatan Sanstha's petition challenging Facebook's decision to block their social media page for violating their community standards, observing that the petition is "sketchy" and the pleadings are "unclear".
