Kerala HC Asks State to File Statement in Plea for Immediate Withdrawal of Parole - (12 Jul 2021)

CRIMINAL

Kerala High Court has asked the State to file a statement while hearing the petition seeking immediate withdrawal of parole granted to the convicts in the Sister Abhaya murder case. The Court has sought the response of the concerned authorities in the matter.
