Bombay HC Asks Civil Aviation Ministry to Consider Finalising Policy to Name Airports - (12 Jul 2021)

Bombay High Court has asked the Ministry of Civil Aviation to consider formulating a pan-India policy to name domestic and international airports or to finalise its draft policy in a Public Interest Litigation seeking direction to formulate a uniform policy and restrain the Maharashtra Government from making any proposal for naming the upcoming Navi Mumbai Airport till then.
