Gujarat HC: Assessing Officer Empowered to Reopen Concluded Assessment - (12 Jul 2021)

Gujarat High Court has held that the Assessing Officer (AO) is empowered to reopen concluded assessment if information disclosed originally is found to be bogus or untrue.
