SC Refuses to Entertain Plea Seeking Clarification on Declaration of Loan Accounts as NPA - (09 Jul 2021)

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a plea seeking clarification and modification of its 23rd March 2021 judgement whereby it vacated the stay on declaration of loan accounts as Non-Performing Assets (NPA).
