Uttarakhand HC Issues Notice to State on Plea Seeking Direction to Notify Rules for Sikh Marriages - (09 Jul 2021)

Uttarakhand High Court has issued a notice to the state government on a plea urging that State Government should notify the rules under the Anand Marriage Act, 1909. The Court has given the state four weeks to respond to the petition.
