Central Government Publishes Draft Bill to Deal with Human Trafficking Crimes - (08 Jul 2021)

HUMAN RIGHTS

Central Government has published a draft of a Bill to deal with Human Trafficking crimes. The Trafficking in Persons (Prevention, Care and Rehabilitation) Bill makes the offence of Children trafficking punishable with death also. All the stakeholders may offer their comments/ suggestions on the Bill by 14th July, 2021.
