Madras HC Rules That Dismissed Staff is Entitled to Encashment of EL/PL - (17 Feb 2016)

Madras HC has ruled that employees dismissed from service after conclusion of disciplinary proceedings initiated against them are also entitled to encashment of ‘Earned/Privilege Leave’ (EL/PL) that they had accumulated to their credit over the years.
