Delhi HC Refuses Protection to Twitter for Non-Compliance with IT Rules - (06 Jul 2021)

MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

Delhi High Court has refused to give Twitter Inc any protection from consequences of non-compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and has granted Twitter time as sought for, to get back on the issue.
